1. Acceptance of Terms
UXRate ("the Service") is provided by NOBS Digital B.V. ("we", "us"), a company registered in the Netherlands. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
UXRate is a UX research platform that enables app developers to create AI-powered interviews and gather user feedback. The Service includes tools for creating studies, managing interview questions, and analyzing responses.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Collect personal information without proper consent
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Transmit harmful or malicious content
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NOBS Digital B.V. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
6. Payment and Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoices and receipts, and adds VAT or sales tax where it applies. Paddle's checkout and emails show NOBS Digital B.V., the company that provides UXRate.
Paid plans are billed in advance for a fixed monthly fee, or in arrears for the responses you collect, depending on the plan you choose. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, excluding tax.
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us at info@uxrate.com or Paddle at paddle.net within 14 days of payment, and it will be refunded through Paddle.
You can change or leave your plan at any time in Settings. Leaving a monthly plan keeps it until the period you have paid for ends; leaving pay-as-you-go stops it straight away, and the responses you have already collected are invoiced.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to collect data from interview participants.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
